Developed in 1998 as the new standard for metal coating with beauty and durability in the world of atheistic design and utility. Plate All is a cold spray process that offers the ability to achieve a seamless metal finish on a wide variety of substrates that gives the appearance of solid cast metal.
Plate All can be applied to: wood, concrete, metal, ceramic, glass, cardboard, tile, fiberglass, plastic and much, much more. In fact we have customer’s that have used our process on cabinets, floors, fences, windows, gates, tiles, roofing, statues, and helipads just to name a few of the projects. So far the only two substrates Plate All does not work on are ice and silicone.
While we recommend cold spraying our product, you can also brush it on, roll it on or pour it into a mold. For cold spraying all that is required is a HVLP spray gun with an air compressor.
Our product is real metal and it will do everything real metal does except conduct electricity or rust all the way through, unless you are using iron. In fact, as long as the substrate is prepped properly, it will take over 1500 psi to remove our product once it has cured. Also, our testing includes being able to withstand salt water and fire, so that you can use our product in many different environments.
